Singer/songwriter Mariel has released 5 albums and has been through three record labels since 1991. She has charted in radio trades such as College Music Journal, Friday Morning Quarterback, and New Music Weekly; has received radio airplay across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan. Her songs have appeared in television and film. Named one of the top female songwriters by Independent Songwriter Magazine, she's received press in The Philadelphia Inquirer, Music Connection Magazine, and Philadelphia's The City Paper. Her songs are included in compilation CDs for Indiegrrl and Bangs: Sounds of the 80's with her cover of "Don't Answer Me" by the Alan Parson's Project, among others.
