About Me

There really isn't much to say. I'm pretty much me, nothing fancy, just me. Rumor has it I might not be perfect. Luckily for me I don't believe rumors. I don't think you should either:). Family, friends and career are pretty much the most important things to me. Whatever career that may be.There are a few things I live by, or try to at least. God and your gut will never lead you off course. I am not in control. You are never given something you can't handle, even if it crushes you and you don't know how to handle it. Someday you'll figure it out... maybe. Everything happens for a reason. Everything leads you to be who you are meant to be, and that person is rarely who you think it is. Change is scary but good for you. You only live once, so make the most of it and don't leave anything unsaid. My Interests

I like, music, all kinds of music!! I love theatre, almost all kinds, but not the self indulgent, I don't have a tollerence for that. I like to sing. If I could get away with it, that is all I'd do. I love to run. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Never thought I'd do that, but it turns out kicking things and breaking things is fun:). Mostly I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and trying to live as fully and peacefully as I can.

I'd like to meet:

Oh, the people I'd like to meet!!! Dead: I'd want to meet my grandpa. I'd love to meet Einstein because his life facinates me, and he was the only thing I understood in physics class. At the expense of being completely cliche' I'd like to meet the Holy family, all together. I think they would have some pretty amazing stories. Alive: I like to meet people that make me smile, laugh, have fun and freakin' live! I'd also love to meet Carol Burnett, and the Dali Lama.

Music:

Don't get me started. There is so much to say! I'm big fan of Bare Naked Ladies, Fiona Apple, Jewel, Pink, Joss Stone, Beastie Boys (they just make me smile), Aretha Franklin, Explosions in the Sky and about a million others. The Beatles have to be the all time favorite, along with Queen, and Simon and Garfunkel. Of the super old, you got to love some good old fashioned Mozart. Beethoven and a little bit of Schubert. Oh! And Beck, I love Beck! He's my teddy bear! I can't even explain that.

Movies:

High Fidelity, Princess Bride, Empire Records, While you were sleeping, Remember the Titans, Varsity Blues, Trainspotting. Basically anything fun, that makes me laugh, or route for the underdog. I'm a sucker for those movies.

Television:

I'm sure I watch to much TV. But basically the only show I'm into right now is Grey's Anatomy. I used to be into a lot more TV but most of the shows I liked got cancelled. Sad day. I'm sure when I have more time I'll become totally addicted to a whole slew of them. I do love just about anything on the discovery, history or HGTV channels. Fortunately I don't have cable at home so I can actually get things accomplished in my life:).

Books:

I am in love with Owen Meany. It has to be my favorite book right now. The Alchemist!, Harry Potter!! (one could say I'm a fan), and a bunch of other good books.
