One of the reasons I started The Richmond Buzz website was because I felt that there is not enough promotion and exposure for the talented musicians in this town. I know Richmond is awake.. we just all need to go out and support the bands. I love photography, I picked up my first camera when I was about 13, I have been working consistantly in the video/photo business for 15 years. I used to be a video editor putting together local commercials and demos. I enjoy reading, especially detective novels. I enjoy writing as well, nothing to share publicly yet, but I am creating a little stock pile so when I have a mid life career crisis I could fall back on that.
Going out to see live productions is another thing I like to do, Theatre is great.
** I love to listen to the many stories that people in general tell. There is nothing like having a conversation with somone who is like 70, their knowledge is so vast and most of what you end up hearing when they speak of 50 years ago, times are so different now. I appreciate history ( i have horrible memory, so I can't quote any facts )but you learn so much from the past... Every day there is an opportunity to learn something new, try something you never have done before.
