Egg salad, aligator wrestling, sock puppetry, midget tossing, rolling girlscouts for merrit badges, documenting the fluctuation in gas prices, left handed people. Theory in Motion (But, I'm suppose to write that since it's family and junk, but check them out. They are pretty cool for being techno-heads.)
People who like egg salad...and a Tom, or someone who knows a Tom, or knows what a Tom is.
Music is good.
Films in glorious Technicolor, Films with gowns by Orry-Kelly, Jean Louis, Travis Banton, Edward Stevenson, Walter Plunkett, Dolly Tree or Adrian. Movies like A Letter to Three Wives, Night of the Hunter, King of Masks, Tampopo, The Third Man, Kill Bill vol. 1 and 2 (I liked part 1 better, though), American Splendor, Spinal Tap, He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not, Ladies and Gentlemen Presenting the Fabulous Stains, the Hours was pretty good, Gidget, Stalag 17, High Noon, The Women, Bring it On, Shall We Dance? (the Japanese one), Layer Cake, The Princess and the Warrior, Ever After, Lost in Translation, A Letter to Three Wives, pretty much any Kurosawa film starring Toshiro Mifune, ushy-gushy love stories not involving Sandra Bullock or Jennifer Lopez or Julia Roberts, documentaries about almost anything and most movies with flying kung fu...stuff like that.
Well, I fell back on the TV wagon, all six channels of it...Hello, I'm Deanna and I'm a Netflix junkie...
JAMES "MOTHER F'IN" ELROY, BABY, The Happy Hockey Family, Being There, The Wrestler's Cruel Study, The Grapes of Wrath, Catch 22 (It's a wonderful catch, that Catch 22), and Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Art of War, Mists of Avalon, The Littlest Rabbit. This list is subject to change at any time.
I want to be like that gal who does that stuff.
