Yeah. If you knew me in high school and still recognize me, I'd be shocked! LOL!! I kinda broke outta my shell a little later than most ;-)
Recently I got me a shiny new job that I really enjoy, but I'm still not going to talk about it because work is, and always will be, mainly a distraction from all the good stuff in life. Just one of those necessary evils you need to put up with so you have funds to play... Until my investments can totally carry me that is. *grin* Now on to the good stuff :)
I spend much of my life a few centuries in the past while visiting Renaissance Faires and sometimes actually acting in them as well. From being a kooky court jester to a scoundrel on the high seas, whatever the role, it's a good break from the real world. Plus the beer is usually good and the view is sublime. *grin*
I bartend as a hobby and am working towards opening my own pub one day. Still a few years off for now though. Gotta be able to live the dream... and eat too!
I pretty much spend my time lifting at the gym, spending time with my lovely wife and jamming to my tunes. Musical tastes are all over the map but mostly in the goth / heavy metal category.
I guess in short, I work hard, play hard, and try to suck every last drop of fun out of life before the valkyries take me away to Valhalla.
Oh yeah... the pirate thing... Let's just say what you see here be the tip of the cutlass, as it were. In a world full of Jacks, ole Innocence here remains the Ace.
