Movies:

The Departed... wow what an ending... Used to have an obsession for Sci-fi- I still like Sci-fi, but no longer obsessed. ET has to be one of my all time favorites along with Terms of Endearment, Love the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Rumble Fish, The Outsiders, Something About Mary, Wedding Crashers, Star Wars Episodes, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Dirty Harry movies, Beaches, Stand By Me, All the Dracula movies including the original B&W with Bela Lugosi, Platoon, The Godfather series, any of Quentin Tarantino's movies......

Television:

Like watching movies on the movie channels, food network, DIY television, Bravo, a little VH1, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Like catching some of the news programs occasionally.... (not too much news - it's depressing), I'm always up for the new season of American Idol. ..

Books:

I'm reading a couple new books.. American Promethius (I'm fascinated by brilliant minds), and Ceasar's Way. The last novel I read was 'The DaVinci Code'. The very first novel I ever read was 'Gone With The Wind' when I was thirteen. Margaret Mitchel taught me then what a great American novel was. It's still my favorite book. I've read most of the Stephen King novels. ..

Heroes:

My Dad was my first hero. Then came Kirk Douglas, next was Popeye - then Dirty Harry, then RC - always my hero along with my dad, and the love of my life. Heros don't come along very often any more..... One of the greatest compliments was given me by my one and only daughter when she told me I was her hero. That makes me want to work a little harder to find my own hero inside..........
