Acting. I love to act. And by that I mean that I love acting more than most people like to act. But by that I also mean that I like to act more than I like most people. I think acting is a great way to go out and be someone else for whatever time you are playing that character. You aren't yourself. You don't have any of the usual worries. You only have to worry about what is bothering you at the moment, you know. The motivation. I also like Solitaire and conversation that is smart and smarmy. Anything aside from that isn't really all that grand until someone shows me it is.
Well, I'd personally love to meet Weird Al Yankovic. But that's because he is the greatest performer of all time. Other cool people would be Matt Damon, Kevin Smith, Stan Lee, Dee Snider, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and the alternate reality version of myself. That would be kick ass. Aside from all them, I really don't want to meet anyone. I want anyone to want to meet me. That would be righteous.

You know, I hate having to describe what kind of music I like, because most people don't know what the hell I'm talking about. But because this can reach a wider audience, here goes. I like comedy music, also know as novelty music. And the reason is because I like to laugh. I hate listening to, I don't know, anything country and wanting to shoot myself, but it just happens. I mean, how many times can a mans woman leave him before he just puts a twenty gauge in his mouth and fires? And it's always the womans fault becuase she just won't "accept" him for himself. Here's the best way to sum up most country songs. "I'm a white trash hick that hits his wife / I drink all day and I've been drunk all my life / if I don't like you you can guarantee / a black eye in the morning with your lemon tea." And scene. Credits roll and we all die a little inside. I like to laugh. I also really like the cool emo-rock of today because all us young people are whiny pussies that have to be subjegated to other whiny pussies lives. Personally, just give me a good Linkin Park, and I'm set. At least those guys try to be emo-, but not preachy. That's the ticket. If you want to learn more about comedy music, go to www.drdemento.com. That's the best way I've seen.

I'm a big fan of the Kevin Smith. He's a good film-maker. And his entire company is great as well. There's not an odd time to mention good Kevin Smith line. They work in any situation. Like, take a funeral... all you have to do is be looking over the body and say, "legs around the head, balls resting on his lips." And then feel that room's love wash over you like a bible to the temple. (okay, usually its an ice breaker, but when I did it, it really was a bible to the temple. There's nothing quite like being beaten with the word of God.) I also like Matt Stone and Trey Parker. Those two are geniuses. And they can make me laugh at any point in my life. Also, super-hero movies. Those always make me feel good (except for Daredevil.)

I'll just put it this way. There are a few good shows ever to have graced TV. Saturday Night Live, Family Guy, the Simpsons, Captain Kangaroo, Star Trek the Next Generation, Malcom in the Middle, Arrested Develpment, South Park and Conan O'Brien. That's about it.
I like a number of books... lots of books have influenced my life in a number of ways. The first is the Bible. A lot of folk might be suprised about that, but I have to say that if you haven't sat down and read the bible, you're missing out as it's one of the greatest STORIES ever told. Another good book, or series at least is the Lord of the Rings collection, as well as the Chronicles of Narnia. But, who could forget Harry Potter? Harry Potter is by far my favorite series. However, I like certain writers as well, albeit many of their books aren't that great. Like, Stephen King. I like a lot of his stuff. If you ever get the chance, you need to read the extended version of 'The Stand.' Very good read there. Scared the hell out of me. I'm also a huge fan of Shel Silverstein. He's one of the greatest poets of the last one hundred years. Then, if you mention Shel, you have to mention Theodore Geisel. (Also known as Teddy Lesieg, Dr. Seuss.) But, one of my favorite books at the moment has to be 'Live From New York: The First 25 Years of Saturday Night Live.' It is so good to read about the most influential show on TV in the past fifty years. (And there are a slew or writers that I love on that show.) Another great writer is Michael Olinger, and conversely Scott Patten. Love those guys.

Princesses. Queens. Story tellers. Story makers. Comedians. Tragedists. Cartoonists. Painters. Walter Cronkite. Weird Al. They Might Be Giants. Poets. Prose. Pro's. Ho's. Joe's. Flo's that flow. The O. The B. Myself. My parents. My sisters. My brother. My brother in law. In fact, lets just say all my extended and personal family. The Greek. The Italians. Shakespeare. Peace keepers. Tyrants.
