These are lyrics from the first track on the upcoming album "Down For Whatever DFW"which pretty much sum up the fuel behind the A.N.T.I. movement. Atewilla, Freeze, D9 & Soular compose the mega group A.N.T.I. They have been together for going on 6 years under various group names and combinations. It was not until this year that the notorious groups from AON and Cipher 7 decided to come together for 1 common cause, "TO BRING BACK THE GRIME in hiphop" Each of these talented m.c.'s brings a specific element to the group, to make them virutually unstoppable. The album title symbolizes so much in so few words. First in foremost they continue the legacy of the late great Saahir from the group Epatomed, who passed in a tragic car wreck. Saahir was a brother, mentor, and friend to A.N.T.I. The second ray of symbolism hails from their home of Dallas/Fort Worth or DFW (Down For What Ever). As the guiding force of this cultural movement, A.N.T.I. plans to redefine hiphop as we know it. With L.O.R.D. fueling A.N.T.I. with blazin tracks, that goal is just an ear away.
