Representing the northside of Duval Florida, preferably "Palmdale St.", this duo has been rapping and repping now since 1998. Originally a 4 man group which consisted of fellow neighborhood rappers, Reggie T. & A.M.P. Now condensed to a 2 man squad of Al-Kida (Al Burden) & Lefty Gunz (Nick Garner). The duo has to date opened and performed both in and out of town for over 50 shows and has recorded over 100 songs in their catalog. Though they have not yet scored a record deal, the group has enjoyed regional success with their 1st 2 mix cds "LIVE FROM PALMDALE" vol 1 & 2. Volume 2 was introduced as Lefty Gunz and Cuz N Dem for the "REAL NIGGA RADIO" mixtape series hosted by Bigga Rankins and the Cool Runnings Crew. Currently the group is preparing to release Lefty Gunz 1st solo album titled "DA GUN SHOW". Then shortly after that be on the look out for the Al-Kida lp, "THE WORLD AINT READY", then another Cuz N Dem team effort awaits. Also we have a steady stable of up and coming artists out of the area such as "Terrible T"(hip hop) and "Big Zain" (r&b) that are also hot and followed heavily in the area....
