Mike Grubbs, known to many under the alias name NazzDak, is the Co-Founder of the Jacksonville based record label AMPLIFIED MUZIK LLC. Since relocating to Jacksonville in 1999 Grubbs has become one of the most sought after businessmen within Coperate America.Working for notable Fortune 500 companies such as Sprint PCS, AOL Time Warner, and Network Plus Inc, Grubbs has taught thousands of sales reps, account executives, consultants, managers, sr. managers and general managers the true meaning of the phrase, "Sales and Marketing."In 2004 Grubbs met, (who he calls his brother from another mother) A.M.P.
Over ther course of the last four years Grubbs has watched A.M.P create a foundation that would allow himself to be launched from the back of Duval County to the front of hip hop, by making the tough decision to lay down his pen as a ghost writter and transition into the role of an artist.
In the fall of 2007 A.M.P. signed to a L.A. based independent label, NewWay Records (CEO Gary L. Surrencey) and sealed a distribution deal with ADA/Warnermusic Group. In addition to signing with NewWay, A.M.P. made the decision to open the door for Grubbs to transition into the role both his Business Manager as well as Co-Founder of their newly formed record label, AMPlified Muzik LLCIn addition to managing both A.M.P. (Co- Founder) of Amplified Muzik LLC. and the business side of the company, Grubbs also manages the business affairs for the Tampa, Florida native hip hop artist Buddy Ro, the Jacksonville, Florida native hip hop artist Champ, and two of the most talented producers on the east coast Wayne Wonderkidd and Marco aka Young Rippa on da tracks..
