Some of my favourites: Ben Harper, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi (the old ones), Subsonica (they're Italian, if you dont' know them try to listen to the album called "microchip emozionale" or the last one "terrestre"), Simple Minds (the old ones), U2, Depeche Mode, Spandau Ballet,....and too many others.....
I prefer the old black and white italian comedy. My favourite actors: Totò, Alberto Sordi, Carlo Verdone, Jack Nicholson, Whoopi Goldberg, Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp...and many others... :))
An italian soap opera called "un posto al sole" is my favourite program. It's good to have half an hour relax, without thinking about problems and reality. You know it's fiction and you don't care about anything else. I hate all reality shows! I enjoy also documentaries on animals or history.
I enjoy reading books about history and biographies. Probably my favourite writer is a journalist: Beppe Severgnini. I like his sense of humor and irony!
...hard to say.... Martin Luther King and Malcolm X, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi...These are the ones I can think of, but there are others who I admire...
