I'm a girl trying my best to be a good girl in a world where TRUST is gone ... looking for a great friend !!! I'm a parent advocate for children with special needs (www.Wrightslaw.com ) ....I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE . I am in the process of writing a book about my life "I'm sure it will be a best seller " About growing up in a small town , to my time spent living in Hawaii , Germany and my time in DC in a very different world than most people see , to my life in the nascar family , what it was like to raise a deaf child in a hearing world , to watching your other child struggle to choose between parents and how hard that must be for him ... To trusting the people who you thought were true friends ."HAVING THAT ONE PERSON THAT WANTS TO BE ME SO BAD THAT SHE HAS TO KNOW EVERYTHING THAT I DO" makes me laugh to know that..To having those true friends that love you no matter what ....LIKE I SAID "IT WILL BE A BEST SELLER"..LOL... My son Trevar went to live with dad a while ago and I miss him so much ,HE WENT THERE AS AN A STUDENT.. I JUST HOPE IT STAYS THAT WAY !!! He is a very smart boy and I am soooo proud of him in so many ways !!! I had him for 14 yrs and I know in my heart that it's dad's turn. And dad loves him very much ..(every child has a right to both parents !!)seems like yesterday that his dad and Nana and Meemaw were standing in that delivery room awaiting his arrival "wow 16 yrs sure goes by fast" !! .. I see him as much as time permits... which is not enough !!! Hoping things will change soon !!!! he is a part of me and that makes him a strong person !! (.I'm into BESIDES MY LONG WALK WITH GOD ....nascar, harley's and baseball . And I like being around people who are happy and likes to have fun ..wanna know more just ask .......I work in the field of helping others and love my job!!!I love my 2 boys for being the GREAT guys that they have always been ..THANK YOU CC AND TREVAR!!!you guys are great !!!!AND MAKE ME VERY PROUD!!!I'm looking for my soul mate (if there is such a thing) someone who understands me and is willing to accept who I am and how I do things.I just wanna be me and be ok with that.looking for someone who does not care about the past,but wants to make tomorrow great..A great friend who knows how to be a TRUE friend........ someone who has NO ISSUES and what this means is a friend that is TRULY ready to be honest and open about who they are !!!!IF you're not sure then please pass me by and move on to the next ..and I wish you all the luck in your search. Cannot hear his own voice, he only feels it in his throat. Cannot hear laughter, he only sees it in their faces. Cannot hear the sound of playing, he only see other people play. Cannot hear the screams, he only sees their mouths open or the startled reactions of people around them. Cannot hear weeping, he only sees their tear stained cheeks. Cannot hear the scolding, he only sees it in their scowling faces and fingers shaking up and down in his face. Cannot hear love and peace in voices of beloved ones, he only sees love and peace in their faces. Cannot hear his name being announced, he only knows if his friends, family, or interpreters inform him. Cannot hear the beat of music, he only feels the vibrations. Cannot hear the oceans; waves beating upon shores, he only sees them crashing forward, then retreating. Cannot hear the footsteps in the darkness, he only feels them. Cannot hear the sounds the seasons bring to him, he only sees the changes the seasons bring to him. The list can only be endless. Hearing people's world is filled with sounds. his world is filled with sights and vibrations. They think he is missing out on the sounds. he thinks they are missing out on the sights and vibrations; They take them for granted. He will never hear even if hearing people put their mouths to his ears and scream down into them.
