About Me

This was a wrestling move demonstration I did at a speaking engagement near Chattanooga, TN. It shows a few moves that helped me with my wrestling and now with the brazilian jiu-jitsu matches I compete in.This video was taken by a friend of mine at one of the first brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments I ever competed in. I was fortunate enough to do well in the tournament, but I feel confident that my skills have come a long way since this was taken, haha.

What's up everyone. If you've reached out to me in some way, I can't thank you enough for the messages/comments. I'm finally starting to get the hang of myspace - but it's a work in progress.Hopefully myspace will be a good way to make a few friends and give everyone I haven't had the chance to meet an idea of what I'm like on a day-to-day basis. I've been speaking for about 3 years and I love every chance to reach out to people, but most of the time I'm with friends doing the same things you are.

Not many people realize Chuck Norris was actually the 6 time full-contact world champion (1968-1974) before he ever became a TV personality.Helio Gracie was the founding father of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - the sport I've come to love. He's 94 years old and still can choke just about anyone he'd like.This guy, hahaha
