in the middle of 2007, i decided that i would only read long and involved fantastical adventures.. i've mostly managed to do that - lots of big ol' bricks. but the "at least 600 pages" requirement is killing me. i passed over one translation of crime and punishment last night because it was 45 pages too short. i think i need to make this less stringent.
