The Magpie Cage is the recording studio of producer/engineeer J. Robbins, located in beautiful Baltimore MD. Format is ProTools HD2, with the option (highly recommended) to mix down to 1/2" analog. The setup is ideal for groups of musicians whose work benefits from whole-band takes, thanks to a comfortable performance space and many monitoring options. Building songs one performer at a time is easy here too, thanks to flexible signal routing and a spacious, acoustically neutral control room. And many toys.
