About Me

I am a photographer and mixed media artist in the Washington DC Metro area. You can see examples of my work on my Halo Photographic website , Fine Art Holga Weddings website , gallery page at artdc.org , or at my blog where you can view my weekly adventures (or lack thereof). I work with lots of different media, and right now my two main outlets are black and white Holga photos and mixed media on canvas. I also photograph a lot of weddings and documentary children's portraiture. Check out my work and let me know what you think! And as far as wanting to know about me as a person (whatever that means!), all I can say is that if I could say it better than I could show it, I'd have been a writer. The best way to know me is to look at my art. I'd almost go so far as to say that would be true whether you were in the same room with me or not!

Television:

don't get tv (commercials make me want to light things on fire!), but i like to netflix a lot! shows i like(d) are the x-files, six feet under, the office, the simpsons, south park, king of the hill, quantum leap, the pretender, and mtv when they used to play music videos.

Books:

zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance, invisible man, and catch-22 are some of my favorites. but there are lots that i like. i'm too lazy to type them all...

Heroes:

andy, because he actually made his profile somewhat interesting. in fact, why don't you just go there (graycard) instead of reading anything that i wrote over here. but wait, this is the last box in the info column, which means you've probably already read (or skimmed) all the boring stuff i wrote. oh well... there goes 5 minutes of your life that you will never ever get back....
