..GAM3 was founded as a non-profit organization in 2002 in Copenhagen, Denmark. With base in Denmark, Scandinavia, GAM3 is a fusion of street basketball and hip hop music.
Four months in the summer, kids and adolescents gather once a week at designated housing development playgrounds – so called GAM3 ZONES – to learn and practice the basics of street basketball. In the second phase, GAM3 takes its show on the road, hosting a full-day training activity - GAM3 CAMPS - with live music in each of the 10 zones. The summer culminates in the third and final component - GAM3 FINALS - which consist of a major tournament featuring professional basketball players, a Slam Dunk Contest, and renowned hip hop DJs from around the world. MyGAM3 is a new initiative meant to extend our network beyond borders, so please join us!
