I just read The Four Agreements, Kitchen Confidential is my favorite book of all time,cookbooks or anything else food related including Cooks Tour, On Food and Cooking, A Return to Cooking, La Varenne Pratique, The Curious Cook and New American Classics are all in my bookcase along with lots of other titles.
