Band Website: You're already there!
Band Members: It all starts with me, and evolves from there.
Influences: In this space I will introduce you to all of my main influences.Let's start with Hank Williams.
I was just a kid living in the projects, the Million Dollar Movie ran late at night on local TV.
This particular night they were running The Hank Williams Story, this scene stood out. The record exec challenged Hank to write a cmplete song in the time it took him to have lunch with his manager. It picks up as they come in from lunch. George Hamilton as Hank williams.
I first met The Holmes Brothers at Dan Lynch Bar.
I watched them every Sunday for seven years.
This band is the template for every band I've ever had.
I was introduced to Keb' Mo's music while I was on the road in Europe.
He's been my favorite artist since.Taj Mahal is another great influence, he's just a natural.Joe flood is a great songwriter and performer I've been a fan since the day we met, and a friend for years.Jono Manson could teach us all about determination and diligence.
Take note of how easy he makes it look, and how intricate the song really is.Simon Chardiet, musician, teacher, surfer, what else needs to be said?Jump Blues is a conerstone of Joey Miserable and The Worms repetoire.
As a member of Joey Miserable and The Worms I was introduced to the Treniers. Check out the choreography on the solo!
Sounds Like: Don't ask what kind of music I’m gonna play tonight,
just stay awhile, hear for yourself awhile.
