Anarthria is a Black/Death Metal band that has currently manifested itself in Michigan. Musicians from across the states have gathered to create the soundtrack of the imminent apocalypse.
It began in the fall of 2002 as Mario, Brandon, and Joshua came together and began writing music. Seeking a guitarist, Brandon's brother Bernard was there to contribute his writing. With the addition of Bernard, Anarthria was born, but was still lacking the melody it desired.
Masina was the next addition to the group, adding keyboards and giving the Black Metal sound that the other members had been craving. Soon Anarthria began writing and re-writing material, but required the second guitar to enhance the technicality of the music, and give the music even more strength than before. Bernard then called upon long time friend Garret who made the pilgrimage from California to include his writing and playing to the band.
