as already mentioned - am interested in veganism, environmental issues, animal rights / welfare / rescue, i love music (totally lost without my MP3 player!!), films, cinema, nature, the countryside, woodlands and rivers, and i have a thing about fungi / mushrooms - i think they are fab 8-)
i like loads of different types of music. i'm currently listening to fall out boy, the killers and avril lavigne, foo fighters, maxino park, all american rejects most of the time. 'don't likes' include opera and i don't usually like dance music - like some fat boy slim though.
i like so many films on the whole it's hard to choose! sci-fi, animation (shrek - fab!), lord of the rings trilogy, girl interupted, crazy / beautiful, harry potter films, charlie and the chocolate factory (willy wonka), spiderman, fantastic four. have been to see the simpsons film - very funny 8-)
star trek (except for the original ones), stargate, love the trap door cartoons, with berk, boni and drut - - they are wonderful 8-), will and grace, like documentaries, don't watch soaps - they do my head in! new series called 'blood ties' is looking pretty good!
most recent reads have been anne rice, terry pratchett and harry potter books.
a hero to me is someone who helps others under difficult cicumstances.
