I have always been painting in what I like to think of as my own style. I also dabble in paper mache sculpture.Having spent many of my younger years in Europe, I have found that the classic style of art is the most beautiful, which I try to incorporate into a fantasy world.I am a member of the Society for Art of Imagination, and have had many shows in Europe and the US.I lived in Germany for 10 years of my life, but have mostly been a nomad. I have lived in Maryland, West Virginia, Spain, Germany, California, Michigan, and now Arizona.I grew up heavy into the goth/industrial music scene in Germany, and was surrounded by it all the time. This, of course, has had a lot of influence on my painting. I eventually I ended up singing on 2 :Wumpscut: albums, which was fun. I also had the great opportunity to work for the small independent record label called Discordia, based outside of Duesseldorf. It was the early label for the likes of VNV Nation, Kirlian Camera and Apoptygma Berzerk. Some years after that, I started my own label called Metal Field, which only has only had one re-release of Blackhouse's "Pro-Life", originally released on Minus Habens. Even though I don't really consider myself a musician, music has always been my inspiration for everything, especially my art. Through it all, I continue to paint myself into a corner....
