Languages. I speak a little Spanish, some phrases in Irish, and I can say Hello/Goodbye/Please/Thanks in a few others. I like learning different words in other languages and I'm factinated by the relationships between diverse languages.
Sewing/needlecrafts: If it can be cut, I can sew, embroider, knit/crochet, or tat it. I love costuming and have a HUGE collection of fabrics waiting to be turned into something. The fabric I've logged onto a spreadsheet so far totals 450 yards, and I have 3 shelves and 6 rolls of fabric in the basement to add yet. I'm a sewing junkie.
I also love riding my Honda Shadow 750, and yes, I wear a helmet.

Music:
I love Classic Rock, Progressive Rock, Alternative Rock, folk, Medieval, Renaissance, Big Band,.... just about anything EXCEPT RAP/HipHop and country (whiney singers suck). My first band 'crush' was Paul Revere and the Raiders, and my favortite band is the Moody Blues. Favorite female vocalists include Janis Joplin, Stevie Nicks, and Dilana.
I love music, both playing/singing and listening. Local station WRVV www.river973.com is what's nearly always on my car radio.
www.ntgradio.com is my favorite .. station and Charmaine is great!
Movies:
1, 2, and 3 in no particular order are Dark Crystal, Ladyhawke, and of course, Wizard of Oz.

Xena, Heros, House, and Dr Who are my favorite programs. I also love to watch Crossing Jordan, CSI (the original) and NCIS (Isn't Abby great?). I love watching Iron Chef because I'm amazed they can do so much in that little amount of time without killing someone.
Books:
My favorite book is Black Beauty (even though by now I practically know it by heart). A close 2nd is Alice in Wonderland (there's so much in it, I always discover something I missed before).
I love anything by Steven Brust (especially the Taltos series) or Diana Gabeldon, and Sandra Hill. Love those time travellers.
Heroes:
My parents. Without them, I wouldn't be here. And my husband, Steven. He keeps me sane and is the most stable person I know..... Those who know him say "Isn't that sad?"
