I've labeled myself as "Folk Rock, Pop" but I have to say that it is near impossible to categorize myself. It's not an easy thing to do dammet! I am used to simply an acoustic guitar and my voice, but am now experimenting with lots of new sounds, so overall I think I would have to say I am in the "Mutt" category. I started out on my acoustic guitar at the age of 12 (thanks Al!) but didn't really start writing seriously until the age of about 16, when I realized I could...What a day that was... It's always just been myself and my guitar, (and the occasional friend on djembe in front of the beer store or anywhere else we could make money...) After a looooooooooonnnngggg ass hiatus, I'm taking a new road... I guess all I needed was time... 2 kids will give you loads of it, and take up most of it ! I'm discovering and I suppose re-discovering, things about myself musically.
I can only hope you like what you hear and will share it with others whom you believe will enjoy it as well... I plan on finally recording a full length album (what a concept!) in 2008... Maybe something miraculous will happen and I will be doing that sooner than later... so, until then... thanks for listening, your support means everything to me!
