I am attending The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles (in Santa Monica) focusing on visual effects and motion graphics (even though I am majoring in Media Arts & Animation).
I am from La Puente, CA but moved into an apartment in West LA near Santa Monica a couple of miles from my college (before that I was near Inglewood, lol was that rough). I go back home to La Puente on many weekends, and every break from school.
I USED TO drive a 2000 Jetta, and it WAS perfect for driving around West LA busy traffic. But, now I am public transit all the way. It is ok, I am a big supporter LA county Metro (I love the light rails and the subway)
I got interested in animation from taking it in my 2 years at San Dimas High School (so you don't have to ask, yeah, the one from
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure), and before that I went to Don Bosco Technical Institute doing Manufacturing (basically Metal Shop) my entire sophomore year.
Through most of my high school time I was very interested in architecture and I would make buildings in 3d online virtual reality like Active Worlds. I now am very interested in that still, but also urban planning and would like to one day be on a city planning board/division.
I am very interested in maps and satellite pictures, and am probably going to help out in the department of parks & recreation someday because I really enjoy the parks around the San Gabriel Valley area, and would like to help bring more nature in the area.
I also been doing HTML and that stuff since before I even had internet, and now I am webmaster of a few sites.
Outside of school and work I am a leader and camp/event staff in Boy Scouts, and I also became an Eagle Scout in 2003.
I was born on October 30, 1985, the night before Halloween, otherwise known as Mischief Night (now I know where my bad side comes from.)
I started skateboarding around 96 or 97, and I still cant do any tricks, lol! I now only use it to skate to class or to the bus stop
I dont like coffee, but I love to go to Starbucks and get Vanilla Creme. I think sometime in 2005 I was addicted to Red Bull (college can do that to you.)
I love to drive to Malibu on the PCH and with my windows down, It clears my mind when I'm all stressed out... Until I got a ticket in Santa Monica _
It is hard for me to find time to hang out with friends, I am in school every quarter of the year and my longest breaks are only 3 weeks long.
I miss the 90s.
I love music videos so much I want to make them.
If there is a song I don't know, or facts about something I don't know, I always turn to Wikipedia or Google it. So sorry if I seem like a know-it-all.
I don't like anime, but I love old-school 90s cartoons.

I don't play video games much because I suck at most, but I do love GTA-like games, tony hawk games, and SimCity/The Sims.
