I'm
blessed to be the mom of two young men who are opposites in almost
every way. I love hanging out with them and I'm glad I was able
to shape their lives somewhat.
I'm a teacher working at the most fun and coolest school in
Alabama. I enjoy every minute of my job. The staff and
students are awesome. I'm working on my National Boards for Professional Teaching Standards this year. Wish me luck!
My other passion is writing. My novel, JET LAG, was a
semi-finalist in the WriteMovies Contest .
The screenplay version of JET LAG won the Acclaim Contest and
was also a semi-finalist in the WriteMovies Contest .
JET LAG Screenplay was a finalist in the recent Screenplay
Festival . It also was a Second Rounder at the Austin
Heart of Film Festival .
VITAMIN SEX is a romantic comedy that I wrote. It also was a
finalist in the recent Screenplay
Festival . VITAMIN SEX was also a quarterfinalist in the
latest American
Zoetrope contest.
