Influences: Where to start...Sometimes I am influenced by a single track, an album or every album by an artist...Ray Charles' "(Night Time Is) The Right Time" Margie Hendrick's vocal solo gives me the chills everytime I hear it. Faces' "Ooh La La" and several others by them. Zeppelin, The Doors, Bowie, Elton John, Elvis Costello (My Aim Is True), Neil Young (Harvest), CSN, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, CCR, I Want Joe Cocker's Soul, The Wailers, Nick Drake (Pink Moon), Elvis Presley, Fats Domino, Pink Floyd, Oasis, The Velvet Underground/Lou Reed, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, The Voidoids, The Buzzcocks, Mazzy Star, The Stooges, The Clash, The Replacements, The Smiths, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana/Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Almost All Motown, Whiskeytown, Smog "Cold Blooded Old Times" The Cardinals, Lucinda Williams, Johnathan Cash, The Beatles/John Lennon and anything else that doesn't suck. That's all I can think of right now.
