From Bliss To Devastation

FROM BLISS TO DEVASTATION was a project started last August when Vocalist Sam and Bassist Rob got together and wanted to make music they would love, and that other people would enjoy hearing. Jesse DiCarlo soon jumped onboard at a random practice as second vocalist. Sam and Jesse both thought it would addvi more dynamic hang two different sounding Vocalists. Helpless Under God's Hands was chosen as the band name shortly after BUT... after going through a year's worth of jamming out and different guitarists and drummers, we decided to close the chapter on H.U.G.H and start fresh with a new name, as well as a new sound. Now, with our most solid lineup to date with the addition of Tom and Mike on Guitars and Tigo on drums, we are finally in the process of writing the long awaited debut 7 track EP. The sound is more melodic but we still manage to keep our songs heavy. We all feel we are on to something special, not because we're making Hardcore/Metal music and we're all close friends, but because we all have a passion and a love for the music we create. We're not in this for shits and giggles people...We're here to make our presence known and climb to the top of the LI/NY Hardcore/Metal scene as quick as possible. We don't care if you're scene or not, if you're straight edge or not, If you wear make-up and girls clothes, If you think you're tough or not, or if you're just getting into this type of music. MUSIC ISN'T ABOUT STYLE, ITS ABOUT WHAT YOU LIKE. This is about bringin people together to have a kick ass time and to enjoy the music. If you like what you hear let us know and leave us comments.
