The plane was overloaded by an estimated 700 pounds.Aaliyah's parents have since reached an undisclosed settlement with Blackhawk International Airways Corp, the plane's operator, owners Skystream Inc, Gilbert Chacon and flight broker Atlantic Flight Group in a negligence lawsuit.
