If you take the narrow path off to the left, you know the one don't ya? You'll follow it down and to the right, there is an aging Boxelder and some juvenile Ash. Walk directly between them, careful not to step on the lichens please, and head southeast. You'll come upon a sinkhole on the left and a large rock up and to the right. If you stand on the rock you can hear the river, if you go down into the sinkhole you will see flowing water down the side of the rock wall. If you reach into this flow of water you will notice a crevice. Inside this is a small wooden chest. Inside this chest are some answers.
