peter was born on a little french island in the atlantic ocean in a summer holiday, 2001.. a young student arranged his music gear in a garage as the weather wasn't as pleasant as expected, sat down and began with some offbeats to hook on; step by step things evolved. after having his first song 'es ist sommer' recorded roughly on 4track-minidisc, he stepped out in the garden and knew to call it peter presto. the 4 songs recorded lead to the first pingipung-release, the 'es ist sommer e.p.' (7").
