Phillippa

As you can already tell my name is Phillippa. I have been living in West London for the past 2 and a half years but I am originally from Kent. I work in Finance in the City which I enjoy but I would much rather be running my own club evnt or doing something that involves music! I have been fortunate enough to get a taste of my dream job. I have been working for Club EHM (promoters of Moondance) for quite a few years now. I started off doing the admin for the website and forum and from there moved onto writing reviews, interviewing DJ's/MC's, photography, PR, Flyering, Fly Postering, line ups, guest lists, door work and so on and so on... A couple of years ago I was given the role of DJ Coordinator. From there I set about searching for fresh up and coming talent to come and play for EHM. I got sent so many discs from people and a lot of them were given the opportunity to play out at events. From this I was given the chance to host arenas of my own at some EHM events to showcase the new DJ's/MC's and from this came FEEL LOVE PROMOTIONS... Maybe one day I will get me dream of having my own night... WATCH THIS SPACE....I love music, I cant get enough of it. I like all different styles but my main passion is for Liquid/Intelligent Drum and Bass. I DJ Liquid DnB myself although I am only a bedroom DJ. I hope that one day I will have the confidence to let someone other than my boyfriend here me play. It helps that he is a wicked DJ himself though as he can give me pointers and encouragement!!
