Music, I'm learning to play the guitar and pick the fiddle back up after way to many years. Painting, oils (mainly), learning water color and acrylics. I love the water, another plus in the Florida column since there's a lot of it. I had my own boat for awhile it was great. .

KIND, HONEST, FRIENDLY PEOPLE
I like all kinds of music. From classical to country, but my roots are in rock n roll. I was heavily influenced by the music of the late 60's the 70's. The Beatles of course, Stones, CNS, Fleetwoodmac, Cat Stevens, Leon Russell, Allman Brothers, Bob Dylan, Carol King, Lynard Skynard(I am from Jacksonville after all)and Stevie Ray Vaughn. I'm still into all kinds of music. I went to my first Reggae concert not to long ago and had a blast "Toots and the Maytals" at Freebird. I always liked reggae but it was great to see it live and feel the energy in the room. Allison krauss, John Prine, Johnny Lang, John Mayer to Godsmack. I don't care for rap. I played the violin (fiddle) long ago and I'm trying to pick it up again. Not as easy as riding a bike, but it's coming along. I think that's where the classical came in. Also I played piano when I was young. I am enjoying playing the guitar, which is new for me. I bought one about a year ago and have been having a lot of fun with it. Practice ..... Practice ..... Practice !!!
I don't usually go to the movies. I wait for something I might want to see to come out on DVD. I did go see "Walk the Line" and really enjoyed it. My favorite movie must be the "Wizard of Oz." If I see it's on TV I'll stop what I'm doing to watch it.
I don't watch as much TV as I did. It keeps me from doing other things. I'd rather live my life than watch a pretend one on TV.
Lord of the Rings trilogy
Sick/ dying children. They are braver than any adult I've ever known.
