Biola University Chorale

HEY!!! We are the Biola University Chorale. We number at 65 for the 2007-2008 school year and we serve as the SATB vocal ensemble for Biola. All of our members are auditioned from the Biola community, many are voice majors and a few aren't but all in all, we invite those with good voices, and musicianship as well as a heart for ministering to God and people through the gift of song to audition. Directed by (soon to be Dr.) Shawna Cross Stewart, we rehearse 3 times a week in Crowell Hall. Our rehearsals are open to those of you that wish to scope it out, just call the music department for dates and times. We all pretty much consider it a blessing to be a part of this group. Its a TON of work; with rehearsals, singing in holiday and occasion chapels, church visits, choral festivals, home concerts as well as tour and the Major Works concert in the spring, but its all worth it. Were here to learn and share what God has blessed us with and thats pretty unique among choral ensembles.
