Matt Fingaz has a long history in the hip-hop game. He was one of the pioneers New York's late 90s underground indie rap boom with his label Guesswhyld Productions (the only other labels at the time were Fondle Em' and
Rawkus). He's credited with being the 1 of the first people to work with Just Blaze, bein a key factor in the start of his career. He did the same for Hi-Tek, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, and countless others.
The past few years he's stepped behind the scenes and been the VP of Operations for Shady Records artist Stat Quo's company Grown Man Music, and played an instrumental role in developing the producer LT Moe, who's produced for Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Tony Yayo, etc. Matt was of 1 the producers of the 1st Hip Hop Show at Lincoln Center,NYC(THE ROOTS,TALIB KWELI,LARGE PRO & JAY-Z) and performed as well. He's also co-manages an r&b artist by the name of Keon Bryce (Nas' "War",Lloyd Banks "One Night Stand"), alongside G-Unit head honcho Sha Money XL. Recently, he created his own multi-tiered company, Who U Wit? Entertainment, which specializes in producer management, consultation, project coordination, and artist booking.
