* * * THE MUSIC * * *
In the summer of 2003, I started to write music in a unique style that fuses ambient background music with many eclectic influences such as DJ Shadow, Jurassic 5, Eminem, Van Halen, Metallica, Korn, Meshuggah and back out again via Steve Reich, Schoenberg and Boulez.
You will notice there are no tracks on my albums with set "sung" lyrics. I have worked with many vocalists/MCs to create a pathway for expression through their lyrics. Some of these include my best friend Ben Goodwin AKA Experimentality (Sans Of Time), Richard Plumb AKA Arepea (Borrowed Hands) and Sarah Croft (Elyzian/Hafdis Huld). Guest Appearances also include Dave Pugh (Elyzian/Subdivine), Girls Aloud and Britney Spears (okay so the famous bunch didn't actually guest on my album - their tracks got remixed into Heavy Metal versions! - watch this space!)
I worked with Experimentality and Arepea in 2003 to spawn the short-lived Hip-Hop-tastic act Monocat producing two classic head-nodders "What Is This?!" and "Problems" besides many interesting freestyle sessions. Drummer James Garnett (Monsterworks/The Vibrants) also worked with Monocat in these sessions.
Agent Ling and Experimentality joined forces on guitar and piano respectively to form the luscious ambient jazz improv superduo Igg Melk from which three full length albums were made, the most succesful being Flawessence (2002). These albums are best enjoyed towards the end of a "bangin" party when all people want to do is chill to something relaxing and pleasant to the ear after a few beers. Or, conversely, enjoy with your best guy or gal if you want some romantic music to soothe the mood...

Some places I have played guitar (besides UK):
I am currently working with progressive nu-metallers Aphid (based in Twickenham) - we have a brand new AWESOME bass player (as well as the other three AWESOME members...lol) NEW SONGS, new gear (8 STRING!) and a kick-ass vibe going on. Live shows will be listed here as soon as they are booked!

You may also see me gracing the stage with a cool, lower dynamic blues outfit lead by bassist of The Blues Band, Gary Fletcher . We have been uphill and down-dale playing in various places around the UK, most notably The Great British R&B Festival in Colne, Butlins' Blues Matters! weekend and the Tawe Delta Blues Club in Swansea. More dates are being added all the time so check back regularly for more info.

I am also currently playing guitar for Hafdis Huld , the freshest thing to come out of Iceland since their vodka...(!)
