The World According to Hubert

It's such a fine line between stupid and clever

About Me

The Gentleman Geek

I'm a 27-year-old nebbish entertaining dreams of becoming an obscure novelist, cult filmmaker, and comics scribe. I'm kinda quirky and occasionally bitter and more often than not stray into self-deprecating humor.

I work as an independent contractor typer monkey while freelancing on the side for Treblezine . I also used to play guitar/bass/tambourine and do backing vocals in a band called Cuneyt .

You are Spider-Man Spider-Man 90% Green Lantern 90% Superman 85% The Flash 75% Iron Man 70% Robin 65% Hulk 65% Supergirl 55% Batman 45% Wonder Woman 45% Catwoman 40% You are intelligent, witty,
a bit geeky and have great
power and responsibility.

My Interests

Movies, books, music, comics and sequential art, writing, painting, sketching, continental philosophy, existentialism, post-structuralism, abstract expressionism, dadaism, 8-bit and 16-bit video games, postmodernism, meta-fiction, absurdity, cheap mexican food, mythology, Turkish movie stars

I'd like to meet:

Interesting, eccentric folk with many interests and quirky senses of humor; preferably precocious but not pretentious. Creative types, independent thinkers, geeks and stuff.

Now everybody get up, get into it, and get involved!
