it real the wrong
side of the river, Fidgit at Plan B in Brixton is one of London's
finest weekly hip hop, soul and funk nights...
Aaron
La Crate , DJ Cash Money , Andy Smith , DJ Yoda , Norman Jay and Jazzie B have all dropped by in the
last few months, and with regular sessions every month or so from the
likes of The Nextmen , Mr Thing , Sarah Love and DJ MK , plus one offs with the likes of Mark Ronson , Dan Greenpeace , Boca 45 and The Rub (NYC)... m*therf*ckers never
had it this good!
The late licence at Plan B means
we have more than enough time to drop everything from proper funk, soul
and disco, to the latest hip hop twelve inch, with a bit of old school
house and a tiny bit of drum and bass chucked in later on for good
measure.
Our resident DJ's include The Woooorld Famous Dixon Bros , New Jack Swing specialist D-Boogie, up and coming locals Fly Bryce & Kid Who and of course Fidgit
favourites Benjamin Money and
J Bold holding it down on a
weekly basis.
When we're not at Plan B on a Friday night, we make beats in the studio
(the first Fidgit release in 4 years is due any day now), do a couple
other gigs around town (check the blog for regular updates about where
we are playing) and sleep... a lot.
