The seeds of the cannabis plant are "the most nutritionally complete food source on earth. No other single food source provides such complete protein, in such an easily digestible form, nor has the oils essential to life in such a perfect ratio. One plant can produce at least a liter of seeds (that's 55 million seeds/hectare), and they contain no THC (that means they don't get you high, champ).
Hempnuts greatly exceed most energy bars for energy and in a better form, contains no sugar and saturated fats. Hempnuts exceed most energy bars for protein.
Hempnut protein is more digestible than meat, whole eggs, cheese, cows milk or any other high protein food.
Hempnuts help to reduce cravings for food with stimulants, sugars, starches and saturated fats thus will help with weight loss.
Hempnuts protein is free of the tryspin inhibitors which block protein absorption and free of oligosaccharides found in soy, which can cause stomach upset and gas. Hempnuts are user friendly. Can be eaten by those unable to tolerate nuts, gluten, lactose, saturated fats, sugars, meats.

Hemp Seed Oil is an ideal food supplement. It is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which is found in primrose and borage oils. GLA is an important element in the body's synthesis of hormone-like prostaglandins. The healthy body makes its own GLA, but many factors interfere with this process, including excess Cholesterol, excess saturated and monounsaturated Fats, alcohol and sugar in the diet, and aging. Supplement the diet with GLA and counteract the inhibitors. Another example of the wonders of the hemp plant.

These wonderful little seeds contain:

5% protein
* 30% fat

7% moisture

9% ash
* 503cal/100g energy

8% carbohydrates
* vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D, E,
* the highest total essential fatty acids and essential amino acids found in one single food source.

The flowers and "buds", the most notorious part of the marijuana strain of the plant, have extensive medicinal values that have been utilized for centuries (virtually all centuries since creation, except ours!). Known as marijuana, pot, dope, and a multitude of other colourful titles ('hippy crack' always makes us laugh around here), it is one of the most widely used "drugs" in the world.

However, there are also many highly effective medicinal uses for this wonderful plant, such as treatment for:

* epilepsy (anti-convulsant)
* cancer (pain relief, anti-nauseant, appetite stimulant - THC has also reportedly reduced tumors in mice by 82%!)
* AIDS (pain relief, anti-nauseant, appetite stimulant)
* multiple sclerosis (pain relief, also slowing the development of this disease)
* glaucoma
* para- and quadriplegia
* migraines
* asthma
* rheumatism
* arthritis
* muscular dystrophy
* cholesterol-reducer and inhibitor
