Cage) of SoundLab Inc.So I've made my way back to the Philadelphia area after six years of Pittsburgh, and just like Pitt, I am always scoping the electro/ turntablism scene. So please, If you know of anything in the area, get at me! I've been dj'ing for about seven years and producing for nine.(heh waay back when with fruityloops 2!) I'm currently looking for other djs to join my crew SoundLab and the 6ten Area Affiliation. SoundLab 4twelve originally consisted of four djs with five turntables and two mixers. Imagine progressive deephouse, hip hop/ scratch- turnablism, garage, breaks, electro-breaks, tech house, and tribal/house, all as a dramatic set that lifts you up, and calms you down... just to build you up again. It was a lot of fun and we are ready to expand! I've teamed up with Mekanix of the Manayunk area, and although it is fun, I'm wanting to really push the envelope with other players. Sounds Like: when i spin, i try to refrain from throwing on a record right after a record unless i'm setting up for another mix. I'm big on progression and hard bass, so if you can imagine a lil' bit of house and breaks, with a twist o' tribal in a hard kickin', phunqt out type of progressive way... then you got me. I promise that I will soon have some of my mixes up for you to hear soonthe tracks that i have created have all the qualities above and were produced with reason 3.0 and fruityloops 6. I havent actually produced anything since Breakin the Cage, and that one wasn't even finished. Soon, though, I will be back in the studio headphones once again...
