Consisting of founding members Dave “7up” Sanchez and Brad “Elysium” Thomas and more recently Strobe and Chad is Rad, Steel City Funk is a force to be reckoned with. What originally began as a DJ team has grown into a collective of DJs, producers, and visual artists. Far beyond the ability to rock a party, Steel City Funk takes house music to a whole new level by incorporating 3 DJs, live percussion, musicians, and samples as well as live computer visuals. Ask anyone who been to one of their shows, or comes to their weekly residency at the Firehouse and they will tell you it’s an event like no other.But Steel City Funk is so much more then party rockers; we also make the music that people around the globe are rocking to, both with music production, and our world renowned podcasts. But we don’t stop there.
