freshwidow is a Los Angeles area costume graphic designer, web site developer, computer graphics artist, painter, and audio engineer/producer/musician (drums and percussion).
freshwidow's costume graphic design work may be seen in such movies as The Phantom; Batman and Robin; The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas; Enemy of the State; To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar; and HBO's Tales From the Crypt. freshwidow has also created finished costume graphics for Madonna, Cirque du Soleil and other live performance and music video productions, and currently freelances in developing silk screen, airbrush and hand-painted graphics for many leading fashion design companies nationally.
freshwidow has engineered, produced and performed on numerous independent underground music projects, and has performed live and/or recorded with musicians Sam "Sluggo" Phipps (Oingo Boingo), Don Preston (Frank Zappa's Mothers of Invention), Jim Fielder (Blood, Sweat and Tears), and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame inductee Dewey Martin (Buffalo Springfield).
He is currently at work finishing "Star Spangled Bummer," the last CD from his band Benedict Arnold & The Traitors , (see video below):

freshwidow is a BMI published songwriter, and is also a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS, "The Grammys"), in the Engineers and Producers wing of the Academy.
Between 1989 and 1995, freshwidow was the creator and producer of the Pasadena (CA) Community Access Corporation television program Subterranean Sounds, which featured live performances and interviews with cutting-edge Los Angeles area underground bands.
Since 1994, freshwidow has developed numerous web sites for both corporate interests and music/entertainment/art projects (such as the Art Science Research Laboratory, New York, NY; Academy Award winners Robert Short and the Composite Components Company; famed storyboard artist Peter Von Sholly; "lowbrown" painter Jaime "Germs" Zacarias; and the Arroyo String Quartet).
freshwidow, an amateur Marcel Duchamp "scholar," was an invited guest artist/musician to the 1999 symposium, Methods of Understanding in Art and Science - The Case of Duchamp and Poincar, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.
freshwidow received an honorarium for his work on the gallery installation Dressed For the Country, a parallel exhibit to the impressionist painting exhibition, A Day in the Country, (an Olympics Arts Festival event), Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), 1984.
In underground comix, Forbidden Knowledge and Timothy Leary's Neurocomics, were both published in the late 1970's by Last Gasp Eco-Funnies, featuring cover art and other work by freshwidow.
Lastly, freshwidow a.k.a. Tim K, is a proud art school drop-out (Chicago Academy of Fine Arts).
