I opened this agency because in my life as a musican many times I was not treated fairly. Agents took money off the top of the budget then asked for commission. They did not care about me as the artist and in my company I do care about the artist. Everything is put on the table, up front, good or bad, my artists are told the truth. With my years of experience I can and do assist my artists. I have good relationships with my artists where they can call, im, text or email me at any time with questions or problems and I answer and take care of it the best I can. I'm telling you all of this from a musicians point of view what I found was lacking in some other agents. That is why I make it a point to take care of my people. Please don't get me wrong, there are still some good decent agents out there and I can proudly say I work with some of the best but I carefully choose which ones and their jobs they ask me to provide talent for.
