About Me

Born in Essex (you can take the girl out of Essex.............), Simone is a singer/songwriter mixing old school soul influences, RnB adding a bit of funk. She is relatively "new" at songwriting having only been writing for about 3 years spending the most part of her career concentrating on performing live. Internationally, she has toured all over the world - Europe, to the USA and Bermuda! She has currently been working with producers who have had considerable chart success, session singing and songwriting for up and coming artists. Simone's vocals have been heard live on Capital Radio, BBC Radio 1 (Judge Jules), performed at Birmingham NIA and ICC with her band to a packed house. She has also showcased at many top London venues including The Hippodrome. Simone's musical tastes are extremely eclectic and she is also working on some dance/funky house tracks that are regularly played on major radio stations.She performs regularly all over the country in a band which last year travelled internationally to Iceland and Athens and also performed at the Australian High Commission and Blenheim Palace.Simone is currently working on new tracks and will be showcasing very soon. I like to listen to many different genres of music and different singers but my first love is SOUL!
