Cedar Park High School opened in 1998 and from the beginning the band has been recognized as one of the best in the state of TEXAS. A few of the awards over the years include:
2006 Sudler Shield Recipients
UIL state medal winners in 2001(1rst place 4A) and 2004(2nd place 5A)
2006 (The Fire of Eternal Glory) – 2nd at the Westlake Marching Festival; Division I rating at Region U.I.L. Contest;
2nd place at the Area U.I.L. Contest; 9th at BOA San Antonio Super Regionals
2005 (From Many Comes One) – Westlake Marching Festival Grand Champion
2004 (The Planets) – 2nd place at U.I.L. State Marching Contest; Westlake Marching Festival Grand Champion; 4th of 47 bands at BOA Super Regionals; U.I.L.Area D Co-Marching Champion Marching (shared with TheWoodlands);
2003 (Claustrophobia) - 9th of 53 bands at the BOA San Antonio Super Regional.
2002 - Duncanville Marching Festival Grand Champion - Preliminaries and Finals (First year of 5A) UIL sweepstakes award.
