No Jesus, No Peace; Know Jesus, Know Peace

About Me

I'm the proud Mom of three, Grandma of six, and Great- Grandma of two. My heritage is Tsa-la-gi(Cherokee), Welsh and Irish. Birth name is Sharon, nickname is Kip, and my Tsa-la-gi name is usti walosi; meaning Little Frog.(F) Forever (R) Rely (O) On (G) God :)
We have two horses. Mine is a Pinto mare named Apache Song in honor of a deceased Apache musician/singer, Danny GrayHawk, who was a dear friend of mine. Bob's is a Buckskin gelding named Sun Dance. We also have Jake, an Australian Shepherd, and two cats, Mz Kittie is a Torbie and Yahoo is half Manx.Bob and I sponsor two Arctic wolves at Wolf Creek Habitat & Rescue, Inc. Mine is Shanakwa and his is White Whisper, son of Shanakwa. Wolves are wonderful, animals; so misunderstand by many people."If you talk to the animals they will talk with you and you will know each other. If you do not talk to them you will not know them, and what you do not know you will fear. What one fears one destroys."
Chief Dan George
For My son, Billy Scott Adams, and his good wife, Rose.
My precious son has a malignant tumor in his brain. He and Rose have been fighting this battle for a year and five months. We will not give up. We believe miracles still happen !!
I wanted to let you all know that we are having a benefit for Scott and his family as soon as it can be organized. We will be having live music, raffles, food and drinks. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted; so families with children are welcome. Further information about the benefit will be posted.
If anyone would like to donate their time, gifts for the raffle, etc, all help is very much appreciated. Cash donation cans will be placed at various businesses/organizations around Connersville Indiana, and one in Winchester Indiana at Dishman's Quality Meats for those of you who are from up around the Winchester area who might like to help.
