Spending quality time with my lovely girlfriend Jessica...
I also love sports, especially football (go UTEP Miners and Tampa Bay Bucs!) music, and outdoor activities. High diving is really cool too. I'll do anything where there is danger involved. I seem to love to live on the edge. Working out, swimming, diving (did I already mention that one?) Anything constructive
for a change. Definitely seeing good concerts, which further inspires my desire to do it myself. I'm in the right city, that's for sure. Check out Krautze Springs in Spicewood,Tx. Now that's what life is all about!
Anyone who truly believes in the rule of Karma, which Dubya obviously doesn't. It's real folks. Don't deny it. It's gotten me lots of times and has probably reared it's ugly head on you too. Be careful and considerate of how you treat others. All musicians are welcome on my page. I am a very capable singer/songwiter but I don't have much experience actually doing it. Right now I'm just a spectator, but eventually I'll want to jump in there and get my feet wet. I want to start off doing a solo project, basically a one man show. That's going to be difficult for me, however, because I can't play guitar or bass. Just take notice, if you like to play mind games, grow up and don't even visit this page. I'm not a garbage man. Ain't no garbage taken today,or any other day for that matter. Webcam girls and spammers, this means you!! I'm a nice guy and I've already found a sweet, gorgeous girl who appreciates it, so obviously, I'm not here to look for a date or LTR. One more thing, friend requests from minors will not be accepted. I don't mean to be a dick but I learned my lesson from the MySpace "Hoe trains" that were going around last year. First I accepted one, and then they wanted me to accept requests from all their friends and grandmothers and so on. No thanks kids.BELOW IS RADIOHEAD LIVE IN THE WOODLANDS, TX. ON 5/17/08. GREAT SHOW!
Indie rock, shoegaze, space rock, noise rock, punk rock, some classic rock, neo-psychedelia,drone, some metal and some industrial. It's all just rock 'n roll to me, baby! Jazz, Blues, and a 'lil Classic Country too. Gotta throw all that in. Oh, and Reggae mon! Local Reggae/Dub band Grimy Styles has chemistry like I've never seen in a local gig! Put that steel guitar away and give me some steel drums! The traditional music of India. Nobody can master the sitar, unless of course they can play one.
Music documentaries like The Gift (the movie about Jane's Addiction), The Doors, Dig!(a documentary chronicalling The Brian Jonestown Massacre and Dandy Warhols' time on the road together, over 7 years on tour. This is a must see!) Suburbia, proving that Punk wasn't dead then, isn't dead now, nor will it ever die! You get the picture. I'm all about music! It's not that I don't have my list of favorite movies, just way too many favorites to even begin.
ME Television, Austin's new music channel that, for the most part, stays away from that trendy music that anybody who gives a shit about music, like me, truly hates. Also, Fuse TV and occasionally Court TV, to remind me of what a mindblowingly sick world we live in, especially here in the good 'ol US of Fuckin' A! I love to see the hotheads get put in their place. Oh yeah, big tough guy, huh? I speet on you! Puh!! Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, I.F.C., National Geographic Channel, Comedy Central,ESPN, and so on...A&E, alright, that's too much TV. Keep your American Idol bullshit. What a joke. Oh, you can keep your reality shows too. No sitcoms either, thanks. Regular TV generally sucks. TV is a lifesucker anyway. Yeah, and I'm in the business. GOD help me!
Anything and everything from the man, Stephen King. I'm also fascinated with books on the Paranormal and the UFO international conspiracy, and always have been.
Ken Andrews, Greg Edwards, Kellii Scott, Robert Gauss, and Troy Van Leeuen, all of which were members of Failure, one of my favorite bands of all time, period. George Karlin. He's the man. He tells it like it is. Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro of Jane's Addiction, Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine, Syd Barrett, Sid Vicious and Johnny Rotten of The Sex Pistols, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Thom York and Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead, who steadily blow my mind. Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth (the coolest married couple alive), Johnny Cash, Anton Newcombe of The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Rachel Goswell and Neil Halstead of Slowdive, and on, and on, and on...........
