Influences: The main focus of The Connection Magazine is to feature Latin entertainment, fashion and culture. Providing todays Hispanic youth with an inspirational and innovative look inside the Latino cultural movement, which has influenced all facets of mainstream media. Our magazine is an incubator for emerging artist on road to success. The Connection Magazine provides the readers with an insight into Latin music fashion and culture. We work to maintain and cultivate emerging Latin music, fashion, and culture scene. The magazine is as an outlet for the Latino artist to be seen, and heard from a different perspective. Described as the voice of the Latino movement, we feature Latin artist, politicians, athletes, music executives, and anyone who is representing the movement in a positive light. The magazine has opened the doors for our company to expand in to other media, and take our ideals further. We currently are working on The Connection DVD Magazine, which provides the viewer a first hand account of the Latin music scene. In addition, there is also The Connection Films, a music video and short film production company For the Hispanic market. Moreover, we have also sponsored and participated in different events and venues all over the country furthering our reach. The most popular new artists on the urban Latin music scene have graced the cover of our publication. Artist like Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Tego Calderon, Fat Joe, Zion y Lennox,Wisin y Yandel Pit bull and Ivy Queen just to name a few. The Connection is available in New York, Florida, Boston, New Jersey, California, Texas, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Kansas, The Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and even now in Europe. Additionally we have formed The Connection Management Group, to develop new and established stars navigate their careers. The goal of the magazine is to be the voice of our Latino youth and future leaders. Our publications success has been tied to Reggaetons acceptance by the mainstream .The Hispanic community has powerfully embraced this genre. Reggaetons growth is similar to salsas explosion in the 70s. The empowerment of Hispanic people will continue influencing the direction of our publication and Its partners. We are the voice of this Latino movement
