About Me

42 year old would-be rock star, currently living in Hampshire, UK. Married Kat in 1995 and have 2 daughters, Ellie, aged 12, and Lydia, aged 10. Teach at a secondary school near Fareham where I run a Special Needs Department. Sang in bands in the 80s and 90s and have written a bit! Play a few chords on the guitar and host amazin' gigs in my car! Write a few, usually far too lengthy, music reviews for the wife's paper.

My Interests

Football - Fulham FC, Cricket - Rowlands Castle CC, live music - all kinds / eclectic taste, long walks, fine malt, Gales HSB, a good forward defensive, Scotland. I have become more interested in finding an alternative way of living and am fascinated with the thought of one day setting up a community with a few like-minded folk to realise this idea. It will be a community based on the principles of close friendship, honesty, shared skills, health, happiness and self-sufficiency. Any interested parties, including livestock, should sign up below

Just about anything, although live is best! Mainly rock from AOR to Prog, Metal and Alternative nu-breed, through Folk and some modern jazz to baroque, everything from Meshuggah to Mediaeval Baebes - stopping for, probably a bit too long, at Marillion and the Canadians Saga!
