Uwe Vogel aka Klangstrom was born in Northern Germany. At the age of 8 years he first started playing classic guitar. But darker and spheric sounds seemed a lot more tempting. So work with the computer began. Together with friends he was experimenting in clear and organic sounds, which took inspiration from partially illegal parties all across Europe especially Berlin and from festivals in natural surroundings. Those influences are based on improvised music. Nowadays Klangstrom is openminded towards all kinds of extraordinary and intoxicating tones. Diversity is life. Today Klangstrom sees music and graphic design as two parts belonging together. That's why the VJ project "PIXELwelten" was created, where the rhythm of the beatz is supported by visual happenings.
